What is Project Delivery Intelligence?
Project Delivery Intelligence, or PDI, is Attain’s structured approach for evaluating the health and performance of project teams. It identifies the alignment, communication, decision-making, leadership, and execution challenges that often drive cost growth, schedule delays, conflict, and delivery risk. By turning these factors into clear insight, scoring, and recommended actions, PDI helps leaders intervene early, reduce friction, and keep complex projects moving toward successful outcomes.
The Delivery Process

Organizational Assessment
Evaluate the project’s alignment, communication, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder coordination, and execution climate to understand how well the team is positioned to deliver.

Identify Friction and Risk
Surface the organizational and team-based issues that may be slowing progress, increasing conflict, delaying decisions, or creating future cost and schedule risk.

Generate the PDI Score
Translate the assessment into a clear Project Delivery Intelligence score that helps leaders quickly understand the project’s overall health and level of required intervention.

Recommend Targeted Actions
Match the PDI score and findings to practical corrective actions, ranging from routine monitoring to facilitated partnering, project team validation, leadership alignment, or focused intervention.

Monitor and Improve
Reassess the project over time to track progress, verify that interventions are working, and keep the team aligned as conditions, stakeholders, and risks evolve. At year's end, receive a focused After Action Review to capture lessons learned and apply them to the next year's efforts.
