Matt Russell is a former Infantry Officer and Army Strategist with two decades of experience in leadership and strategic planning. He specializes in translating executive policies and directives into actionable plans. In addition to that experience, he holds the Project Management Professional certification and is engaged with clients for strategic partnering, strategic planning, and risk advising.

Michael Carvelli is a former Army Engineer with experience at the tactical and strategic levels. He is a licensed professional engineer and certified Project Management Professional. He has extensive experience developing, implementing, and executing leadership development programs. As a former deputy district commander in US Army Corps of Engineers, he has an insider's perspective on the challenges facing large projects and brings that perspective to all of Attain's solutions.
